Through the transformative experience of indoor cycling as a vehicle for movement, we work on both the mental and physical strength of every person who joins our sessions. Each ride is more than a workout — it’s a journey of growth, focus, and resilience.

I am a woman who rebuilt herself through movement.
Movement became my language — a way to reconnect with my body, my faith, and my purpose. It taught me that strength is not only physical; it’s emotional, mental, and spiritual.
My mission is to make people feel — to help them reconnect with themselves through movement and discover a deeper sense of meaning in their lives.
Every ride, every beat, every breath is an invitation to remember who you are, to rise, and to move with purpose.
What I’ve Been Through
Back in South America, I was in an unfulfilling relationship and stuck in a difficult job. It was emotionally draining, and I had no energy left for sports or proper nutrition. I decided to move to Europe to change all that.
Yet after my breakup, I still felt frustrated. I was so close to living a fulfilling life, but something was missing. I missed feeling fully in control of my destiny. I had a great experience with CrossFit in the past, so I decided to return to the gym.
Along with strength training, I started biking, swimming, and running, and before I knew it, I was doing triathlons. I worked with coaches to support me on that journey, and, within 12 months, it became one of the most life-changing experiences I’ve ever had.
Eventually, I started coaching others, and that was an incredible experience. Seeing people inspired by my actions and transforming their own lives was deeply rewarding. Now, I want to help you do the same if you recognize yourself in my story.
What Drives Us
Next Level Life was born from a journey in pursuit of freedom and purpose.
After living for 18 years in Venezuela under a dictatorship, I left my country behind — everything I knew, everything I loved — escaping a genocidal regime.
Being far from home has meant starting over many times. Yet through courage, faith, and discipline, I’ve been able to reach my own Next Level Life here in Estonia — a nation that embodies freedom, innovation, and resilience, values that deeply resonate with who I am and what I stand for.
That’s why in our community, we honor the democracy of the free world — a fight that has been personified by María Corina Machado, Venezuelan leader and 2025 Nobel Peace Prize laureate. We deeply admire her strength, courage, and unwavering commitment to democracy and the values of the free world.
Her example reminds us that even when fear exists, we act — we do it afraid, but we do it anyway.
